Understanding Our Ordering and Shipping Process
At Roland Metal Art, we’re a family-owned business passionate about crafting unique, high-quality metal art pieces by hand. Each piece reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, which means some orders require more time to create and deliver. Below, we’ve outlined the types of orders and what they mean for processing and shipping times.
In-Stock Orders
If an item is listed as "In Stock" on our website, it’s ready to ship! These pieces are typically shipped quickly, so you can enjoy your art without a long wait.
Special Orders
Items marked as "Special Order" are made after the order is placed. These pieces may take up to 4 weeks to craft and ship. Special Orders include:
- Variants of our in-stock pieces, such as adding a ponytail or skirt. (These options may be listed on the product page, or you can contact us for additional customizations.)
- Models not currently listed on our website but available for order. If you have a specific piece in mind, let us know—we’d love to create it for you.
Custom Orders
Custom Orders are entirely unique pieces made from scratch based on your design or idea.
- To request a Custom Order, please complete our contact form or email us at Rolmetal2@outlook.com.
- We’ll discuss your request, provide approval, and communicate details such as design, pricing, and delivery timeline.
- Custom Orders also include engraving options.
Please Note: Custom Order requests are only accepted from January 1 to March 31, 2025.
