Refund policy

 

Our Small Business does not offer Free Returns/Exchanges.

Postage must be paid for by the customer.

 

To start a return/exchange, contact us at rolmetal2@outlook.com.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange for unwanted or damaged figures. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, customers must provide the Order Number or proof of purchase. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you! If your item appears to have been damaged in transit, please take photos of both the box and the figure(s) immediately.

As pointed out on each product page:

Roland Metal Art is handmade and uses recycled materials. Every individual figure is unique. Creativity, coloration, size, details, and texture, etc. will vary. Because of this, the figure you receive will not be an exact replica of the photo. Imperfections in the protective coat (such as paint drippings/smears), rough or sharp edges/pieces, welding splatter, worn metal and slight variations from the photos are a normal sign of the handmade process.

These imperfections will not be recognized as "damaged" or "defective", however customers may request an exchange, or return, on figures with imperfections. All shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable nor credited. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Products that were altered in any way will not be approved. If approved, the original payment method will be credited for the cost of the figure(s) within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at RolMetal2@Outlook.com.
